The ‘RESTED’ project wants to better understand the factors which sleep and the body clock plays a role in relation to mental health for people between the ages 18-25. The project hopes to understand what people understand about mental health and the link to sleep; what research matters to people, and what are the thoughts on the design of this study. We are keen to hear from people who have experienced dissociation, anxiety, depression, or psychosis
