We are seeking a member of the public who
• lives in the North West:
• would be happy to talk to/answer students’ questions about their experiences of an inherited cancer

This event will take place:
• At the University of Manchester campus on Oxford Road.
• On Thursday 25th September 2025 1.45pm-4pm

The Manchester Academy for Healthcare Scientist Education (MAHSE) is a group of partner universities responsible for the development and delivery of healthcare scientist (HCS) training programmes for a range of specialisms.

This event is being organised for students who are training to work in either Cancer Genomics, Genomics, or Genetic Counselling (we can explain more about what these roles involve in our pre-event briefing)
