We are carrying out a small pilot study to check everything works before a conducting a larger study to explore whether an NHS walking app helps people walk more, feel healthier, and stay active.
We are looking for 10 older adults who would be willing to participate in our PPI group, to review documents (e.g. consent forms and participant information leaflets) and to give their views on how to recruit and retain older adults in the study. We welcome input from all backgrounds,
