Full description:
We are inviting parents from ethnically diverse backgrounds across the UK (especially fathers) to join a Patient and Public Interest (PPI) group.
This will involve:
– Quarterly online group discussions (at times that suit you)
– Reviewing research material
– Sharing results with other families
Any parent with lived experiences and views about the topic are welcome.
This research project will run from June 2026 to December 2029.

King's College London
Sabrena is a highly specialist speech and language therapist at Evelina London Children's Hospital. She will commence her PhD at King's College London in June 2026 as part of a research fellowship. She will be guided by a research supervisory team.
This fellowship will explore:
1) How UK services provide feeding and swallowing support to children with LTV at home,
2) What children's feeding needs are and the impacts on families, and
3) How we can improve current services for these children
