We are looking for parents/carers from all backgrounds across the UK to help shape research about feeding babies receiving Nasal High Flow breathing support in neonatal units. Join our Patient Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) group to share your experiences and views, helping ensure the research reflects what matters most to families.

Activities include:
– Online discussions (around four a year)
– Reviewing research materials
– Helping share results with families and professionals

Organisation

City St Georges, University of London

Rebecca is a Neonatal Speech and Language Therapist (King’s College Hospital) and a PhD researcher (City St George’s, University of London). She started her PhD in February 2026 through a research fellowship, supported by an experienced research team.

Her fellowship will:
- Review evidence and guidance on feeding infants receiving Nasal High Flow support
- Develop a framework to support safe oral feeding decisions
- Explore the risks of oral feeding during Nasal High Flow support
