As part of the research project ‘Safety of reducing antibiotic prescribing in primary care’, our team at King’s College London is organising a patient and public involvement group. If you have an interest in conversing about how antibiotics are being prescribed and work for the population, we are inviting you to take part in this group. Upon joining, you will be expected to attend two to three meetings between now and June 2020. The first meeting will take place at the end of June 2019.

Our research team at the Department of Primary Care and Public Health Sciences is undertaking this project (Safety of reducing antibiotic prescribing in primary care). The project involves qualitative interviews with healthcare professionals and patients as well as the analysis of epidemiological evidence on antibiotic prescribing.
