We’re inviting people with lived experience of intensive care—patients or family members—to help shape the next phase of a family voice message programme that supports orientation and comfort for ICU patients. This simple, family-led approach has been successfully piloted and now aims to test its use across multiple NHS hospitals. Especially welcoming people who experienced delirium and those from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
