Full description:

A Youth Advisor, is an expert on their own experiences. If you meet the criteria listed below, we want to hear from you.

Aged 16-24 years and normally resident anywhere in the UK.
Passionate about youth mental health.
Would benefit or have benefited from support for mental health problems and/or have received such support
Has access to a smartphone, tablet or computer.
Able to commit to 2-3 hour online meetings every 2 weeks plus answering questions and engaging outside of meetings

This project, in collaboration with the University of Cambridge, is interested in understanding how best to design a mental health databank which identifies active ingredients in preventing and treating depression and anxiety in young people.
