We are looking for people who have received medication as an inpatient to join our advisory group

Full description:

Our research will explore what happens when a second person is asked to check the dispensing, preparation or giving of a medicine in hospital. We are looking at how second-person checking “works” and how it should be used.

We are forming a Patient and Carer Advisory Group to help ensure that the perspectives of patients and carers are at the heart of our research.

We are looking for 5 people who have received medication in hospital in the last 5 years, or have cared for someone who has.

Payment:

You will be paid £25 per hour plus any travel or working from home expenses, paid via bank transfer or as a gift voucher.

University College London, the University of Manchester, the University of Bath, University College London Hospitals NHS Trust and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust have been funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research to carry out this research.
