Co-design of a model of care to improve patient experience, education and clinical outcomes
We are running a 1-day workshop with patients and staff to identify ways to improve care and experience for patients with peripheral arterial (vascular) disease. Group clinics have been used in a number of settings, to improve patient experience, education and peer support, as well as to improve clinical outcomes. We are interested in determining whether these clinics may be useful for patients with peripheral arterial disease.
