people's health through exercise, nutrition and mental readiness before their surgery
to improve their outcomes, reduce their risk of complications and get them home
quicker.

Developed by a multidisciplinary clinical team, PreActiv delivers individualised perioperative and oncology prehabilitation and rehabilitation programmes, combining evidence-based exercise with multimodal support across nutrition, psychological wellbeing and behaviour change.
Programmes are built around planned treatment timelines, supporting patients across multiple treatment pathways including, surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Programmes dynamically adapt to patient-reported symptoms.
