We’ll explore how the tool fits into people’s needs and care and how to design a trial to test how well it achieves this in real life.

NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in Emergency and Acute Care
The NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in Emergency and Acute Care is working to make emergency care faster, more accurate, and more effective by developing new health technologies.
These tools help doctors make better decisions, diagnose problems sooner, and choose the best treatments so patients get the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
We do this by bringing together public contributors, researchers and companies.
