We're looking for patients, carers and those with an interest in health research
The Patient Public Involvement Advisory Group is a group of everyday people who have experience of living with health conditions or of supporting family members. The Patient Advisory Group gets involved in developing research, reviewing proposals, delivering training and supporting PhD students in NHS Lothian and the University of Edinburgh. All you need is enthusiasm and some time to give.

We are Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility Patient and Public Involvement Advisory Group - we get involved in research going on in NHS Lothian and the University of Edinburgh - these are mainly but not exclusively clinical trials.

Training via one to one support and place on local PPI training and mentoring by existing PPI members.
No payment will be offered initially, but may be for future projects.
Yes - travel, carer/babysitting cover and any out of pocket expenses.
