Full description:

We are looking for people with recent experience of using out of hours services to participate in an advisory panel for a study being conducted at the University of Warwick, part-funded by Advanced Health and Care. You will attend online one-hour panel discussions, where research findings related to digitally supported telephone triage will be presented. We are investigating how services are used, patients’ health outcomes after receiving advice and the experience of callers.
