ACT Therapy for older adults with long term chronic worry
We are conducting a study using ‘Acceptance And Commitment Therapy’ for adults 65 and over who present with long term worry. We are interested in patients who have had previous treatment that was not successful. Participants would take part in a 16-week intervention with one of our trained therapists in London.
