Researchers at University College London are planning to run group discussions on March 9th and March 21st in Central London with people aged over 60 who have had joint surgery in a NHS hospital within the last two years. We want to know what you think about changes to NHS orthopaedic services that aim to improve patient outcomes. We want to hear your views about what you think is important when patients are having planned surgery to treat a specific problem (e.g. hip or knee replacement)

We are a research partnership between universities - including University College London - and the local NHS across North Thames. We develop and test new interventions; evaluate how services are working; and we also research whether services or interventions can work in different settings, or whether they can be scaled up to work for more patients.
