The Manchester Primary care Cancer research Team (or MPaCT for short) is a group of researchers from a diverse range of backgrounds who do research aimed at improving the lives of people with cancer. Most people who are diagnosed with cancer start their journey to a diagnosis through visiting their GP. MPaCT's research is designed to help GPs spot cancer earlier and to reduce inequalities faced by some sections of society. The GP-TEST-PRO study is one of the key studies being led by MPaCT.
