Healthy Eating and Active Lifestyle After Bowel Cancer – HEAL ABC

Review our workbook on healthy eating and active lifestyle after bowel cancer.

Link to organisation:

Full description:

A healthy lifestyle can help reduce risk of secondary cancers and other health problems in survivors of bowel cancer. However, we still do not know what is the best way to provide healthy lifestyle recommendations to survivors of bowel cancer in a way that would help survivors to positively change their lifestyle habits.

Using current evidence, the research team have designed a workbook on healthy eating and active lifestyle which includes strategies that could help to change behaviour.

The team would like to get views about the workbook from survivors of bowel cancer.
