What support is offered?

An optional pre-meeting check-in will be offered to explain the purpose, review the agenda, and address any concerns, needs, or adjustments to help contributors feel comfortable. Practice sessions for using the online platform (Zoom/Teams) will be available for those who are unfamiliar or would like extra support. Confidentiality will be emphasised at the start of the workshop. Pause periods will be built into the meeting so contributors can step away without explanation if they feel stressed or uncomfortable, and this will be communicated at the outset. Afterwards, a plain-language summary will be shared, and a follow-up phone call offered to check wellbeing and gather feedback. For contributors who are willing to review study documents, they will be signposted to appropriate training support resources.
