How can I sample rhythms in gut microbiome?!
Help required to understand how to collect faecal (poo) samples at multiple times of day

Full description:
I am a gastroenterology doctor in Manchester. I am interested in understanding how our body clock and body rhythms affect the gut microbiome. I would like to apply for funding to sample the gut microbiome at multiple times of day, to see whether the mix of bugs in the microbiome varies through the day in healthy people.
It would be great to hear from people with a stoma bag or people who have had bowel surgery, to understand their experiences and daily function in more detail.
