Statistical methodology research looks for better ways to design studies or analyse data. PPIE in this area of research can be challenging. We need members of the public to help produce guidance.
We are looking for 6 public contributors with prior experience of being involved in:
Studies about statistical research methods OR
Studies that do not have direct patient benefit but improve the way research is conducted OR
Studies with a statistical component, including clinical trials

The research is led by Professor Laura Gray and is part of the Biostatistics Research Group at the University of Leicester. The Biostatistics Research Group specialises in the development, application and teaching of statistical methods in medical research with the ultimate aim of improving the health of the population.

We have a PPI co-applicant who will support public contributors. Materials will be provided before meetings and we will feedback after meetings. Other support required will be considered.
