Improving end of life care in care homes:

Seeking to improve palliative and end of life care in care (nursing) homes

Link to organisation:

Full description:

We are planning a UK-wide study to link specialist palliative care teams (e.g. hospice staff) with nursing homes and care homes.
We are designing the study now and looking for people who have personal experience of nursing/care homes either as a resident themselves or as a relative of a resident.
Ideally, we’d like to connect with someone who has a range of contacts with other residents/relatives so we can tap into a wider community to gain feedback on the study.
