We are carrying out a study to find out how the number of people in care homes who are admitted to hospital for urgent or emergency care might be reduced.
We are doing a review of research to find out and bring together what is already known.
Your comments and experiences are valuable to us. We are looking for around eight people to join a public advisory group to help with the study.
