The survey is of your knowledge and understanding of mental capacity and the Mental Capacity Act (2005). The aim of this survey is to 1. Gauge how much the general public knows about the Mental Capacity Act. 2. Strengthen the mental capacity process. 3. Support professionals to provide the required education to the general public.
Regardless of your knowledge about the Act, if you are over 18 and would like to participate in this anonymous survey, we value all participation.
