A surgical treatment for Alzheimers disease is currently used in parts of Asia but is not yet available in the UK. We want to hear from patients, carers, and clinicians: would this be of interest here?
It is a minimally invasive surgery connecting the brain's natural waste drainage vessels to nearby veins in the neck, to help clear away the harmful protein build-up linked to Alzheimers. Preliminary data has been promising, though further studies is required. Please complete this survey
