New smartphone study
For 30 days, participants will be asked to:
1. report symptoms via a smartphone app,
2. wear a wrist-worn sleep monitor for 24 hours a day
3. complete a morning sleep diary
4. use a new method of blood sampling known as dried blood spot sampling
You won’t be asked to attend any appointments – all the study materials, will be sent to you in the post.
