Full description:

We are exploring how the lifestyles of parents around pregnancy might affect the health of their children. We are looking for parents of infants (<2 years old) and pregnant couples to join our research advisory panel. Other members of the panel include midwives and scientists. The panel will meet twice per year, either in Bristol (expenses paid) or remotely via Skype. They will discuss our research plans, findings and how to communicate our research in the best way to help parents-to-be.

The Exploring Prenatal influences on Childhood Health, or EPoCH project, investigates how parents’ lifestyles in the important prenatal period might affect the health of their children.

The project is based at the MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit at the University of Bristol.
