We are looking for five to ten people to join a public advisory group to help us with the study.
We want people who are interested in research and have lived experience of when someone with dementia has moved between care settings e.g. from hospital to a care home. This could be based on your own experience, or that of a family member.
We want to include a mix of people with different experiences and different views. We welcome people of all ages, gender, background and areas of the country.
