Full description:

We are conducting a study to find out which population factors are linked to re-hospitalisation for patients with heart failure.

We are using data from individuals who have been hospitalised for heart failure between 2011-16 in England. This data will be accessed through two national databases which have been permitted to provide data to research studies without patient consent.

We would like to hear patient and public thoughts on this and our study design.

Please email us for more details.
