Full description:

We are conducting a study to find out which population factors are linked to re-hospitalisation for patients with heart failure.

We are using data from individuals who have been hospitalised for heart failure between 2011 and 2016 in England. These patients consented to join the NICOR data registry, but we need to use additional anonymised NHS data in order to conduct our research.

We would like to hear patient and public thoughts on this.

Please email us for more details.
