Patient & Public Involvement Activity – Social and Community Integration after Hip Fractures

We want to work with people who have had a hip fracture or their family/friends/carers

For many, recovery is about more than physical healing, and can include confidence, wellbeing, taking part in activities, and staying connected to family, friends and the community. We are looking for participants to attend a single meeting 10am-1pm to discuss what matters most during recovery to people who have had (or whose friends or family have had) a hip fracture.

Dates and locations are:

5th October – Wellcome Collection, London

29th October – De Montfort University, Leicester

Payment:

You will be reimbursed for your time spent in the meeting (£27.50 per hour by voucher).

Expenses:

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Travel costs will be covered.
