The Medicines Repurposing Programme is looking for two Patient and Public Voice (PPV) Partners to join its Steering Group. The programme identifies and develops opportunities to repurpose medicines (that is, to use medicines in ways not included in the original licence). See more information in the attachment.
APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED ONLY FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE CURRENTLY A PPV PARTNER WITH NHSE OR HOLD A SIMILAR LAY MEMBER ROLE ON A COMMITTEE FOR ONE OF THE SPONSORED AGENCIES (DHSC, MHRA, NICE, NIHR or NHSEI)

NHS Medicines Repurposing Programme
The Repurposing Medicines Programme has since been established to identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen the evidence base, licensing, supply, cost-effectiveness and equitable adoption of currently un-licensed or off-label medicines, where there is benefit to the NHS and patients.
