We are looking for a new patient representative to be involved in a project steering group looking at the development and revision of a national library of drug consent forms.

The patient representative will have a key contact and can answer any questions or concerns you have. We will offer an telephone introduction to give people a better understanding of the project and the remit of the steering group.
Payment:
optional honorarium of £50 for each meeting.
Expenses:
We’ll cover all reasonable travel expenses, in line with our Patient Involvement expenses policy.
