We are looking to hear from people from across the country to design a prehabilitation program to support people who are waiting to have surgery on their neck/back for age-related conditions. This may limit how far people can walk because of pain, numbness or balance problems. We want to hear from you about how we can deliver it in practice in a way that keeps it accessible and useful to you. If you have had spinal surgery or awaiting spinal surgery please get in touch.
