We seek a family member to be part of a stakeholder group for a project on prolonged ICU stay

We seek a family member/carer representative to be part of our stakeholder group, for a project investigating the care of patients experiencing prolonged stays on intensive care.
If you have a relative who has experienced a stay on intensive care of over a week within the last 2 years, we would love to hear from you!
This will involve 2/3 meetings a year, with expenses and time paid for if attending in person to London, or attendance via videocall.

What support is offered?

You will have access to a free one-day training course at the Guy’s and St.Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and King’s College London Biomedical Research Centre (which has a designated PPIE Department), and I will meet with lay members before Steering Committee meetings to brief you on plans and allow time for questions.

Payment:

As per INVOLVE guidelines for time to attend meetings and review documents

Expenses:

Travel to attend meetings will be reimbursed
