Full description:

We are looking for runners worldwide to join our study by completing a short survey & linking their training data from their smartwatch or via a free Strava account which can record physical activity on their phone. There will also be a weekly email asking if you have become ill or injured that week.

This data will enable us to produce recommendations regarding the amount & type of training for runners of different age, sex or running ability, as well as injury & illness prevention & recovery.
