Full description:
Researchers at Loughborough University are seeking employees with a long-term health condition or disability to help shape and review Co-Manage, a digital workplace self-management toolkit. We are inviting people to take part in monthly 1-hour online MS Teams discussions with a small group (8–10 people) over the course of the 20-month project. Participation is voluntary, and contributors will be reimbursed for their time.

Payment:
£27.50 per online meeting. For other activities (e.g., reviewing documents), these will be paid at current NIHR payment rates, as required.
Expenses:
Any out-of-pocket expenses will be covered.

What support is offered?
People involved in the project will be supported throughout by the research team at Loughborough University. Support will include an introductory session, ongoing contact with the research team, additional training where needed, and flexible online participation via MS Teams. No prior research experience is required, and we will accommodate accessibility and communication needs wherever possible.
