Full description:

BHF are reviewing their strategy with a key focus on putting patients, carers and those at risk of heart and circulatory conditions at the centre of our work. At our workshop in London on 22nd October, they will use their experiences to help shape the future of the BHF, and make a difference to people like them. We want to hear the views of people affected by heart and circulatory conditions, such as diabetes, stroke and vascular dementia, and how they would like to be involved in our work.
