Surgery versus non-surgical management of thoracolumbar fractures

We are looking for people who have undergone spinal surgery and are willing to share their insight and opinions on patient specific written information.

This will involve meetings at the Royal London Hospital (Whitechapel), which will be facilitated by a research specialist physiotherapist involved in the study. We hope to run the first session on 25th/26th/27th October. A further two sessions will be run over the following 18 months and can be run via Phone or Skype.

The group facilitator will be INVOLVE trained. Will be available for all queries via phone or email. Patient friendly written information and presentation on our study will be provided at the start of the first session.


There will be no payment for participation


We will reimburse all travel costs and provide light refreshments
