Evaluating case management as a way of supporting people who call 999 frequently
STRETCHED is an NIHR funded study.
The study consists of interviewing patients who have received case management and using anonymised linked data to assess impact on further 999 call volume.
We are looking for someone with a chronic illness that may have resulted in them calling 999 for help to be part of out PPI group.
Must be living in West Midlands region.
