Stroke Rehabilitation Coaching Robot
Have a robot guide you through a short rehabilitation session and help us evaluate it.
Link to organisation:
We are investigating the effects on motivation and exercise completion of a robotic coach guiding a person through individual rehabilitation sessions. If you decide to take part, you will be invited to Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh campus on two separate occasions to interact with the robot. During these interactions the robot will guide you through a 15-30 minute rehabilitation session of exercises that involve movement of your arm(s) and upper body and can be completed whilst seated.
