Nursing Associates are clinicians who work in the NHS as part of the wider nursing team. Our study will explore patients’ and the public’s perceptions and experiences of nursing associates (NA’s) in GP practices, to better understand service users’ views of how NA’s work in GP practices and how they can help improve patient access to GP services.
