Are you living with overweight and obesity and have undertaken exercise at home?
Take part in short, informal discussion, online or via telephone, to share your experiences and preferences for home-based exercise programmes that are specific and sensitive to your needs.
Taking part will provide an opportunity for you to have a say in the development of an effective and engaging home-based exercise programme for the future.

This Patient and Public Involvement opportunity forms part of a PhD project, undertaken by a PhD student with the support of a supervisory team. The group is looking to develop a home-based exercise programme specific and sensitive to the needs of adults living with overweight and obesity.
